One of the best foods you can add to your toast avocado. Eating avocados is incredibly beneficial to your health due to the monounsaturated fatty acids that they contain, which are good for heart health. Avocados also contain high levels of potassium, which is a mineral that many people are lacking. Try this simple healthy lean breakfast and enjoy!
Avocado toast recipe Ingredients:
- 1 Slice of Mestemacher Rye Bread or Manna Rye Bread
- ¼ Avocado
- Salt & Pepper
Directions:
- Toast slice of bread.
- Use avocado as a “butter” and apply liberally to the slice.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
