One great tip for increasing fitness and burning fat is to get in one extra healthy meal per week, when you might not have otherwise.  If you’re on the go constantly, it’s not always easy to have nutritious, healthy food on hand when you get hungry. But clean eating is necessary if you want to come through with your lean body transformation, so take the time to prep your meal one morning per week.

It’s time to get toned, so wake up 15 minutes early one day per week and prepare a container of healthy vegetables, grains, and lean meat.  Or make a sandwich with some lean protein, avocado, and fresh tomato and lettuce. Take your healthy lunch with you and avoid eating unhealthy lunch food that you might have eaten instead. Of course, you can also do it the evening before to save time in the morning.

If you want to get a flat stomach, toned legs, a six pack – if you want to reach your fitness goals, the food you eat is key.  It doesn’t have to be complicated – you don’t need fancy supplements or vitamins or other gimmicks that are offered out there. Just focus on getting one more healthy meal in each week and you will begin to lose belly fat and see six pack abs starting to show!  Let’s do this! Remember your Mission. Mission: Lean.
