Avocado isn’t always available when you order a sandwich or salad at a restaurant or grocery store.   But you can head to the supermarket, stock up on avocados, and throw one in your bag on the way out the door in the morning.  You’ll have it with you, and so when you head out to lunch that day, you’ll benefit from being able to add avocado to your plate or sandwich.

Try to eat half an avocado with lunch and dinner (one whole avocado each day).  You’ll benefit from healthy fat, along with feeling satiated after meals without having to consume unwanted calories.
