Dynamic stretching is the way athletes get their bodies into peak form before their training. If you haven’t incorporated this type of stretching into your workout before, now is the time. We always remind our members to complete a comprehensive warm-up routine that has been developed over decades of practice. Doing this routine each and every time – one based in getting the body prepared through dynamic stretching – will allow you to crush workout after workout, day after day.

Dynamic stretching is about loosening the body through movement. Each stretch is held for less than 3 seconds, and so you are getting looser and warming up your body at the same time (as you move from one stretch, directly into the next without rest).
