FRESH RADISH SALAD

Ingredients:

2 Slices Romaine

2 Radishes

4-5 Cherry Tomatoes

¼ Red Pepper

¼ Yellow Pepper

¼ Yellow Onion

½ Whole Avocado

1 tbsp. Olive Oil

2 tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar

Directions:
  1. Wash and thinly slice all vegetables. Place in bowl.
  2. Wash avocado. Cut in half, remove seed and skin, and slice thinly. Add to salad.
  3. Add olive oil and vinegar.
  4. Add protein if you want: grilled fish, canned tuna or sardines (add lemon for taste), or chicken breast.
  5. Mix and enjoy.
