FRESH RADISH SALAD

Ingredients:
2 Slices Romaine
2 Radishes
4-5 Cherry Tomatoes
¼ Red Pepper
¼ Yellow Pepper
¼ Yellow Onion
½ Whole Avocado
1 tbsp. Olive Oil
2 tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
Directions:
- Wash and thinly slice all vegetables. Place in bowl.
- Wash avocado. Cut in half, remove seed and skin, and slice thinly. Add to salad.
- Add olive oil and vinegar.
- Add protein if you want: grilled fish, canned tuna or sardines (add lemon for taste), or chicken breast.
- Mix and enjoy.
